Palooka is rock and roll on steroids. Their latest album, 'Whats Wrong With Wanting
Everything', is reminiscent of some of rock music's top selling albums by the genre's
legendary bands (e.g. Bon Jovi, AC/DC and Guns N Roses). This Seattle band has a
sound that shakes the core of what is classified as rock music these days and reminds us
of what is truly missing from the music.

Those of us who know about songs like 'You Give Love A Bad Name' or 'Sweet Child of
Mine' will appreciate Palooka's brand of thrash and burn. Expelling any notion that this is
a Top 40 "alternative rock" album, 'What's Wrong...' is a rock fest we won't soon forget.

On songs like "Wrecking Ball", "Welcome To The Morning After" and "Saving Grace",
Palooka takes a battle of the bands sort of approach sending rock riffs that hit your
auditory system like a blow from a trained UFC title contender. Each track adds depth to
the band's album and introduces Palooka's awesomeness to the listener with serious
authority. From the power guitar chords to the heart pounding drums, this band proves
its got the goods to rock our world. On top of that, the lead vocal (Rob O'Neal) is very
comparable to the aforementioned greats of rock music, adding the icing to the cake.
Overall, Palooka is a kicking band whose album is an amazing display of RAWK & ROLL!

MUSICAL GOAL: "PALOOKA is made up of guys who all have released material, toured
and tried to be “rock stars” in the past. Although the business aspects pursuing music
professionally can get old, creating, playing and performing it doesn’t, at least to us. The
goal of PALOOKA is to do music on our terms, for the love of it. We obviously hope
people like what we do. So far the support we’ve received for the band and CD has been
gratifying and overwhelming but at the end of the day we are doing this for us. For the
same reasons we did when we got into our early teens." - PALOOKA
